1. How much will your service cost?

That depends on your case. We are very affordable in comparison to other investigation companies. Our rates can begin as low as $50/hr. Generally, you will pay per hour and mileage depending on the location. In certain circumstances, we will offer a flat rate as well. This means that the client and investigator agree on an overall price that does not ever go up or down throughout the investigation.
2. How soon will you have a report and video back to me?

Our reports are typed daily. We will have the video and report delivered to you within a few days of the file being worked. We can even hand deliver your items personally.
3. Is there a fee for consultations?

Absolutely not! Your consultaion is completely free and you will get an honest assessment by a real licensed investigator from our office.
4. Do you take retainer fees?

Yes, we take retainers. There is no set rate on our retainer fees. Each case and client's budget is taken into consideration. The client and the investigator come upon an agreement together of what an acceptable retainer will be. Usually, retainers are taken at half of the total costs of the investigation.

5. Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, we are proud to annouce that we are licensed by the Texas Department of Public Safety, Private Security Bureau, #A16896 and we are fully insured with El Dorado Insurance Agency.

6. Can you begin my case on the same day?

Yes. If all the information needed is presented in the initial consultation, we can begin working your case that very same day. However; to be the most effect for your case, we prefer a day in advance to prepare with you about your case.

7. Is there a minimum of hours of investigation that I have to authorize?

When conducting an investigation, we generally work in hours; not days. That being said, it is usually in your best interest to invest at least 16 hours into a case (two, 8 hour days). While there is no minimum of hours you are requested to authorize, the investigator and the client will come up with an appropriate case plan for each investigation.
8. What does a full surveillance investigation consist of?

When you choose our services for a full surveillance investigation, not only do you get a legally proofread report and video documentation of the subject's daily activities, you will recieve a full background check on them as well. This includes all but not limited to:
ANY-
-Vehicles
-Past Addresses
-Phone Numbers
-Busnesses
-Assets
-Aliases

-Relatives/Neighbors,etc.
All included in the report . In summary, a surveillance investigation is always the best path to take to get the most information.
