After reading this, if you feel there is an area of concern, I would urge you to speak to a professional about your options. These signs of a cheating spouse are strictly based on our experience in investigations and generally multiple instances can reflect a cheating spouse but not all.
-Believe it or not, one of the biggest signs of a cheating spouse is that the cheating mate becomes more attentive to the husband/wife due to initial guilt.
-Then the cheater’s attitude toward their mate changes and they begin to find faults in everything their mate does, to justify their own actions.
-Paranoia and Jealousy. They become very defensive when questioned about their activities. They even accuse their mate of cheating or wrongful activities.
-Their home attitude changes. They don’t show as much interest and understanding with children, family activities, etc.
-The sex life changes. This can be an increase and decrease in the activity, especially if odd request come into play.
-A sudden awareness of their appearance. Changes in clothes, hair, grooming habits, etc.
-Changes in their money situation. Are they spending more money when they go out “alone” or are “at the office?” This can be checked by simply checking for receipts in their wallet, glove box of their vehicle,or pant pockets.
-In today’s society, cheaters often use cellular phones to communicate with the new lover through text messages which they can delete. But the number will still show on the cell bill. If you can get access to the phone bill, you can check on any new numbers.
-Driving around more. You can monitor vehicle mileage. Write down the mileage and check it again the next day. Are they driving more miles than to and from the office/workplace?
-They offer to go grocery shopping alone, go to the bank, etc. And they are gone for hours at a time.
The above are the biggest tell tale signs of cheating spouse that our office has seen. In our experience, this does not always mean that the person is actually have an affair.
As investigators, we go by one simple rule, -We only believe what we see, not what someone tells us to see. And we report, exactly what we see.-
Please contact our office you suspect a cheating spouse. We are here to help you.
The difference between what some investigation companies are telling you and what they actually do in a Background Investigation is one of the best kept secrets in our industry today.
Of course it is cheaper and less work for your investigator or you to run a “Background Search” on a database website ( Intelius, People Search, etc). But you will get what you paid for! By this, I mean that you will definitely not get ALL the information that they claimed you would receive much less an accurate BKG. I have listed the Necessary Goals of each BKG ran in my office. Inexperienced and manipulative investigators and database websites may claim to provide these services, but be careful. You are not getting the information you need.
Goals of a background investigation
1. Every City, State, and Local jurisdiction and Educational institution, should be checked for all prior criminal history. – This is much more comprehensive than the simple database (online) that most automated websites offer to the general public. As well as inexperienced investigative firms now provide in attempt to pass off as a complete bkg.
2. All civil litigation in every City, State, and Local jurisdiction should be checked to determine if the individual has ever been involved as a plaintiff, defendant, or party to any civil litigation in those areas. - Civil litigation is often a good indication of a person’s character.
3. All education institutions should be checked to verify Degrees.
4. At least one neighbor from every location the subject has lived should be contacted.
5. At least one employee or employer from every place of prior employment should be contacted.
6. If the person was previously married, then all divorce decrees should be verified.
7. If there are children or suspected children from a previous marriage or relationship, then State records of child support should be verified.
8. A complete Asset search should be completed to determine ownership rights in real and personal property. (Land, vehicles, stocks, banking accounts, etc. and all account a person might own jointly with another person.
9. A verification of the person’s birth and social security number should be verified to determine if there is any indication of fraudulent use in the past.
10. All social networking and dating sites should be checked to determine if the subject is leading a second life which is unknown to the client.
11. The subject should be checked to determine if their name appears on any State, National, or International Watch List.

I decided to provide the following article written by Mary Elisbeth from Merchant Circle. It is simple yet very effective.
How to Hire a Private Investigator Agency
By maryelisabeth
At some point in your life you may need to hire a private investigator. You may be involved in a divorce or lawsuit and need information only an investigator can find. The private investigator you hire should be an experienced, licensed professional.
1.Check their qualifications. Many private investigators are retired police officers or former military police. Complete a background check on the investigator to verify their previous employment. Check to see they are licensed as a private investigator and the license is current. If they carry a firearm make sure they have a license for the firearm.
2.Ask about their experience as an investigator. If you are investigating a company regarding a legal issue you need an investigator that specializes in corporate investigations. If you need a personal investigator for a car accident then hire an investigator that has worked for insurance companies. Always hire an investigator that has several years experience.
3.Get a referral. Talk with your attorney and ask if they can refer you to a private investigator. Contact you local police department. The police department uses private investigators and may be able to provide a reputable referral. If a friend just got a great settlement on their divorce ask them if they used a private investigator.
4.Search professional organizations. Check with the National Organization of Legal Investigators. This national organization can refer you to a local private investigator.
5.Go online. Take time to research private investigators online. You will find that many have websites that detail their expertise and experience. Check the website to see if there is a list of referrals. Image is everything; take a look at the website and determine if it is a professional or amateur-looking website.
6.Match your personal style. If you are always straight laced and on the right side of the law then hire an investigator that is also on the right side of the law. If you are willing to take risks to get your information then you should hire a private investigator that will not let anything stand in the way of finding information. You may need to interview several investigators to find one that matches your style.

I recently read a report from Helium.com describing to "HURT WORKERS" of how not to get caught.
" A key thing is not to get caught doing any physically demanding tasks that could get you in trouble with the company if caught on tape. Many people know several workers who more than likely lost their worker's compensation cases due to shenanigans like this."

Well yes, of course actions such as these will get you in trouble with the company. The employee is obviously not hurt!
Employers: King Investigations is not a believer in short cuts or easy ways out. If there is a fraud we will find it.
Possible signs of a WC abuser.
