How we prepare for each investigation.
Our Equipment
- High Quality Equipment- Each investigator is trained and fully knowledgeable on all required equipment for surveillance. Pinhole Cameras, High Definition Cameras, etc.
- Prepared Equipment- Charged batteries, and plenty of tapes/discs.
- Communication Devices- Appropriate communication equipment is fully charged to use and keep the client constantly up to date on the case.
- Prepared Vehicle- Full Tank of gas, windows and mirrors are clean, Clean interiors of surveillance vehicles.
The Case
- We do our homework- Prior to each investigation, the investigator working the case is completely familiar with all background information, including any licenses, vehicles ,criminal & civil records, DBA’S, etc.
- We talk to the client/We listen to the client. In many cases the client’s information has proved more important than any information we obtained on our own. An investigator from our office is required to speak to the client in detail and become familiar with everything there is to know about the subject and the case prior to beginning.
- We have a plan- The investigator will develop a case plan specifically for your case and it will be communicated to you prior to beginning your case.
- We dress appropriately – Concerning the nature of the case, the investigator will dress according to the specific needs of the case. For example, will the investigator need to go into a restaurant, gym, or office area, each will require appropriate but different attire.
- We know the time of Year- Is it a Holiday, Fishing Season, Carnivals, Rallies, Camping, etc.
- We are always on TIME!
- We use strategy-Every case has a “sit”. This can be described as a surveillance position in which the investigator can comfortably sit at without disturbing anyone around him or arousing suspicion. Some sits are “good sits” and some area “bad sits”.
- We know the area- Prior to an investigation the investigator will become familiar with the investigation area. Streets, nearby towns, probable routes, etc.
- We are aggressive but smart- Each investigator is required to obtain video. But we require our investigator to obtain video intelligently. Keep in mind, the video is pointless without the investigator's testimony. Most times, the investigator's testimony is enough. Our investigators will always maintain professionalism when working your case. For example, our investigator will not hold the camera in plain view and risk “getting caught”. Our investigators are trained professionals who know and understand how to obtain video discreetly.
- We brainstorm- Sometimes a case will lead you to a wall and our investigators become stuck. We don’t stop there. We continue to recommend and offer creative ideas to continuously and successfully help you with your case.
